Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither attributable to their commercial nor independent professional activities.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date:

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these were delivered uniformly;

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered multiple items as part of a single order and these were delivered separately;

• on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you ordered an item that is delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Maryna Polonska, Allensteiner Straße 120, 48157 Münster, Phone number: +49 16096522560, Email address: info@monbon.cx.ua) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, a phone call, or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the most economical standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their quality, features, and functionality.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;

• for the delivery of perishable goods or goods whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;

• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;

• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

• for the delivery of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods which, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;

• for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
