Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply: Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria, Netherlands, France, Belgium.

Shipping Costs (including VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

• Shipping via MONBON to the curbside: €199.00.
• Local delivery within a radius of 50 km from 48282 Emsdetten: €50.00.
• Deliveries abroad are discussed individually.

Bulky goods are marked accordingly in the product description.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 3-5 working days and for international deliveries within 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment). Please note that no delivery is made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single delivery, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
